Media Turn to Engagement and Creativity to Confront COVID Crisis

As a result of COVID-19, media outlets’ revenues have plummeted while audiences – at least temporarily – surged. Many media outlets have had to come up with innovative responses to develop new revenues, deepen their engagement with audiences and build more resilient businesses in very difficult conditions. This article provides a number of examples of media companies which have come up with creative ideas and solutions to deal with the crisis.
