The safety training course Riesgo Cruzado by partner Fundacion Latitudes was part of a small internal evaluation (and coaching) by Free Press Unlimited to introduce the Most Significant Change methodology. The conclusion was that the holistic training contributes to journalists knowing their personal/professional limits, making emotional health a priority, developed new skills on safety and security, and unexpectedly setting up regional networks of journalists in the region.
