An evaluation of the INFORMORAC programme of Free Press Unlimited in the Central African Republic concluded that there is excitement and enthusiasm for community radio in CAR, having in situ training works and a focus on sustainability of community radios helped. However the project needs to work more on community ownership and involvement with the community radios.
